三日月の中に、ルナフラッシュというオーロラ加工を施したガラスビーズを入れて、月の光を表現いたしました。
「月に咲く花の朝露」をイメージした作品です。

※ルナフラッシュとはガラス製です。レインボーオーラ(熱処理した水晶製)とは異なります。混同している方が稀におられます、ご注意ください。

This is one of Catus' original series of handmade kanzashi(hairpin, hairsticks).
The name of this series is "月耀花の露(GetsuYouKa no Tsuyu)".
The meaning translates as dewdrop of flowers in the light of the moon.

*Word Explanation*
月(moon),耀(light),花(flower),の(of),露(dewdrop)

The crescent moon is filled with aurora borealis processed glass beads called "Lunar Flash" to represent the light of the moon.This work was inspired by the image of "morning dew of flowers blooming in the moon."

*Lunar flash is made of glass. It is different from Rainbow Aura (made of heat-treated crystal). Please note that there are rare people who confuse the two.
